Division initial comment: Proposed page 2.05 -105A states that, SubTerra Inc. <br />conducted an additional subsidence survey to predict the potential for <br />subsidence resulting from mining the initial six panels at PSCM s part of the <br />expansion for longwall mining. The report of this survey, entitled "Peabody <br />Sage Creek Mine Subsidence ", PR01 -2013, November 26, 2012 may be found <br />in Exhibit 2.05.6 -E4. This report was not attached with the PR -1 submittal. In <br />order to conduct a review of the information provided which is based on the <br />above mentioned report; please submit the referenced report for review by the <br />Division. <br />Peabody Sage Creek Mining, LLC Response: The subsidence survey required <br />by Rule 2.05.6(6) was submitted in the March 14, 2014 incompleteness <br />response. <br />Division Response: Although the required subsidence survey was submitted, <br />no correspondence from the owners of structures to be subsided accompanied <br />the response: Please submit evidence of correspondence from the owners of <br />the structures to be subsided accepting the subsidence survey, mitigation <br />measures of the subsided structures, and the monitoring of the structures if <br />required. <br />If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />Jason D.
