3 <br />2.5. Attend and participate in coordination meetings to accomplish the work identified <br />in this Agreement. <br />2.6. Cooperate and coordinate with Western to efficiently and effectively implement <br />the terms of this Agreement. <br />Compensation: <br />3.1. Peabody shall pay Western for the actual costs, including all allocable costs, <br />Western incurs as a result of performing the work identified in Section 1. The <br />estimated total cost of performing the work described in Section 1 iF <br />. Peabody shall, upon signing this Agreement, <br />advance to Western to perform the work <br />described in Section 1. <br />3.2. Western accepts payment through three separate methods as described at the <br />bottom of the enclosed Bill for Collection. Please reference the enclosed Invoice <br />No. I W 9 1�// , Bill for Collection, and send payment to Western using <br />Peabody's preferred method of payment. <br />3.3. In the event the funds advanced by Peabody are insufficient to complete the work <br />under this Agreement, Peabody shall within ten (10) days after receipt of notice <br />from Western, advance such additional funds as are requested by Western. <br />Western shall not be, required to perform any work pursuant to this Agreement <br />until the additional funds have been received. <br />3.4. If the total costs to Western, including all allocable expenses, are less than the <br />amounts advanced by Peabody, Western shall refund the difference to Peabody <br />without any interest whatsoever as soon as the necessary vouchers can be <br />prepared. <br />4. Schedule: The Parties will meet to determine a mutually agreeable schedule for <br />performing the work under this Agreement. <br />4.1. The following will be provided within one (1) week after execution of this <br />Agreement: <br />4.1.1. Western P &P drawings to Peabody. <br />4.1.2. Peabody LiDAR information to Western. <br />4.1.3. Peabody Sage Creek Mine Subsidence Study to Western. <br />4.2. Western will perform the following within seventy (70) days after receipt of <br />funds: <br />4.2.1. Model the structures and terrain, based on the subsidence study. <br />4.2.2. Structural analysis to assess potential impacts of predicted subsidence. <br />
