RESOLUTION <br />RE: APPROVE AGREEMENT FOR COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGE TO STRUCTURES <br />WITHIN 200 FEET OF MINING ACTIVITIES AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN -- <br />NORTHERN COLORADO CONSTRUCTORS, INC. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to <br />Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of <br />administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and <br />WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with an Agreement for Compensation for <br />Damage to Structures Within 200 Feet of Mining Activities between the County of Weld, State of <br />Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, and Northern <br />Colorado Constructors, Inc., for County structures located within 200 feet of the property <br />described below, commencing upon full execution, with terms and conditions being as stated in <br />said agreement: <br />Located in part of the NE1 /4 of Section 25, Township 1 North, <br />Range 67 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, and <br />WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said agreement, a <br />copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Weld County, Colorado, that the Agreement for Compensation for Damage to Structures within <br />200 Feet of Mining Activities between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through <br />the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, and Northern Colorado Constructors, Inc., <br />be, and hereby is, approved. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized <br />to sign said agreement. <br />irC,' or 1 exr, <br />Pi1 Cell) <br />o� //iy <br />CiA) <br />2014 -0317 <br />BC0046 <br />
