Reclamation Board will consider possible enforcement action.
INSPECTION TOPIC: Reclamation Success
PROBLEM /POSSIBLE VIOLATION: Problem: Failure to reclaim site within 5 years after the end of mining activity
as required by 34.32.5- 116(4)(q)(1) of the Act.
CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Permittee will complete all required reclamation earthwork and seeding for this site
(scheduled to commence this July) no later than September 30, 2014.
