Apri19, 2014 C- 2009 - 087 /Peabody Sage Creek Mine JDM <br />Ditches and culverts throughout the facilities area were stable with no problems noted, with the exception of the <br />following: <br />- Ditch RC -D3 behind the pump station and into culvert SC -16 has been damaged due to construction of the pump <br />station. This ditch will require re- establishment to approved design to establish contained flow to SC -16. <br />ROADS — Rule 4.03 Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3) Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) Surfacing and <br />Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6) Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br />Roads throughout the Facilities area were dry and accessible with only the Pond 004 access road and permanent <br />roads through the reclamation inaccessible due to wet /muddy conditions. <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br />Support facilities on -site remain stable and idle with no activities on <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 7 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 3 <br />Page 4 of 5 <br />
