An application for MR -133 was received from J.E. Stover and Associates on behalf of Bowie
Resources, LLC (BRL) on April 4, 2014, and was deemed to be complete for purposes of filing
on April 14, 2014.
The application was submitted in response to the Division's noting during the October 2013 and
March 2014 inspections that the mine's Emissions Permits were outdated. Replacement pages
for Section 2.03, submitted with the application, now include dates the various Emissions
Permits were cancelled by the APCD.
1. There is one more location in the PAP that should be updated to reflect that the Emissions
Permits have been cancelled. Section 2.05.6(1)(a) (page 2.05 -84) directs the reader to
Appendix 9 for copies of all "present" Emissions Permits. Please update this sentence to
indicate that all permits have been cancelled, but that the permits are retained in
Appendix 9 for the sake of continuity.
