Short of an emergency, we would <br />not anticipate operating Snyder this summer. That said everyone should understand there may be <br />unforeseen circumstances that would force us back into Snyder and if that circumstance occurred we <br />would commit to giving DRMS two weeks notice before any blasting would take place so that we could <br />coordinate a joint monitoring of the blast.
