8. The agreement contains the full and completed agreement between Doherty <br />and County and may only be modified in writing signed by the parties hereto. No agreements <br />representations, promises or inducements have been made by either Doherty or County to the other, <br />other than as appears in this agreement. Each party hereto represent to the other party that the <br />individuals executing this document on behalf of each party have full power and authority to enter <br />into this agreement on behalf of each party. <br />9. Should litigation be required to resolve any dispute under this agreement, the <br />prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs. <br />
