<br />Regular (112) Construction Materials Operation
<br />Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined
<br />land Reclamation Board under provisions of
<br />the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the ex-
<br />traction of construct'on materials. The pro-
<br />posed operation is known as the Connell Carr
<br />Pit and is located in or near Section 21, Town -
<br />ship 11 North. Range 67 West of the 6th Prime
<br />Meridian. Weld County, Colorado. The general
<br />location of this operation is approximately 1/<
<br />mile northwest of the commun -ty of Carr, Colo-
<br />radc,
<br />The proposed date of commencement for op-
<br />eratlons included n the permit area is 2014 and
<br />the proposed date of completion is 2029 The
<br />proposed future use of the land is range-and.
