4 (FORM 2 - Public filing) <br />Describe proposed surface excavation or other land disturbance, including roads, pits, trenches, waste piles, drill pads and <br />collar areas of underground workings, ponds, etc... <br />ONE ACCESS ROAD, TWO -TRACK WALK IN FOR EXCAVATOR WILL BE ESTABLISHED FOR A MAXIMUM OF 1,915 FEET TO REACH <br />SITE FROM ESTABLISHED F. S. ROAD 754A AND ANOTHER MAXIMUM 1,370 FEET TO WORK ALL PROSPECTS. WASTE PILES <br />AND PITS WILL BE RESTRICTED TO 1.15 AC TOTAL, APPROXIMATELY 10, NO SO FEET PER SITE. TEMPORARY BERMS WILL BE <br />Proposed Disturbance (approximate) Describe the proposed drilling to be conducted, including anticipated number of holes, <br />diameter, depth, location, etc... ANY OF THE FIVE SITES OPENED WILL BE RECLAIMED AND RESEEDED IN THE SAME SEASON <br />WITH THE POSSIBILITY ONE SITE WILL REMAIN OPEN FOR FURTHER EXPLORITORY WORK. <br />D. Other Disturbances (please describe): <br />WHEN WALKING IN THE EXCAVATOR, SOME DISTURBANCE WILL OCCUR ALONG THE APPROXIMATELY HALF MILE <br />ACCESS. THIS ROUTE WILL BE REGRADED AND RESEEDED AFTER EXPLORITORY WORK HAS BEEN COMPLETED UNLESS <br />ECONOMIC DEPOSITS ARE FOUND AND A MINING PERMIT IS SOUGHT. IN THAT CASE RECLAMATION WILL BE COMPLETED <br />AFTER MINING WITH AN APPROPRIATE RECLAMATION PLAN COVERING ROADS. OTHERWISE ACCESS DISTURBANCE WILL <br />BE SIMILAR TO A 4WD OFF ROAD REPEATED USAGE. <br />E. Indicate Chemicals and Fuels used or stored on site.
