The corrective action taken is detailed below: <br />✓ Removed contaminated soil to a depth of 8" <br />✓ Spread contaminated soil onto access road as instructed <br />✓ A leak proof tub was installed underneath the upright fuel tank <br />✓ Plastic lining and dirt berms were installed underneath to contain any future leaks <br />or spills <br />Photos documenting the clean up are included with this letter. We understand the <br />documentation was due March 25, 2014 but due to an incorrect mailing address in your <br />system for us, we did not receive the inspection report until this week.
