DRMS - Please submit an updated Section 2.1.3 Production (starting on page 2 -3) and <br />associated table (page 2 -4) for the production of McClane Mine from 2006 to 2013. <br />MCM - Pages 2 -3 and 2 -4 were revised as requested. <br />5. DRMS - Please submit an updated Figure 2.1 -1, if needed, to reflect the actual schedule <br />up to 2013 and projected schedule for future years. <br />MCM - A new Figure 2.1 -1, Mine Plan and Sequence Map, will be updated with the <br />approval of permit revision number 2. <br />6. DRMS -Page 2 -27 includes discussion of a pending technical revision application to <br />construct a coal mine waste disposal area within the McClane Canyon Mine permit. <br />Please submit a page 2 -27 with an updated reference to the submitted technical <br />revision application. <br />MCM - Page 2 -27 was revised to indicate a small coal mine waste pile was approved by <br />TR -16. <br />7. DRMS - Page 4 -16 refers to the typical stratigraphic column in the vicinity of the Cameo <br />Coal Seam to be shown in Figure 2.1 -12 which doesn't or no longer exists within the <br />permit. Please submit an updated page 4 -16 with the corrected figure reference. <br />MCM - New stratigraphic sections are provided with permit revision number 2. <br />8. DRMS - Please submit an update Figure 2.2 -1, if needed, to reflect the current affected <br />area by mining up to the year 2013 and future affected area. <br />MCM - A new Figure 2.2 -1, Affected and Disturbed Areas, will be updated with the <br />approval of permit revision number 2. <br />9. DRMS - Please submit and updated Table 3.7 -2, if needed, to reflect the current <br />expected reclamation timetable. <br />MCM - Enclosed is a revised Table 3.7 -2. <br />10. DRMS - Please submit an updated Table 4.3.9 - Threatened and Endangered Species if <br />needed. <br />MCM - Threatened and Endangered Species studies will be updated with the approval <br />of PR -02. <br />11. DRMS - Please submit additional bond monies in the amount of $61,914.21. As <br />summarized below in Section VI of this document, the current amount of bond held is <br />deficient. The Division conducted a review of the McClane Mine reclamation liability, in <br />association with this midterm permit review. We have prepared an updated cost <br />
