Exhibit B
Site Description: (a) Chip and Dale claim sits at approximately 12,400 feet above sea level; the entire
site is above tree line in an alpine environment. The slopes are steep to very steep talus slopes and
outcrops with little vegetation. (b) There are no permanent manmade structures within 200 feet of the
claim; however, there is an existing 4 wheel derive road to the claim. This pre -dates my workings on this
claim. (c) The claim sits in the little Browns Creek drainage. The closest seasonal stream is
approximately 400 feet north of the claim. No water will be used for mining operations. Since the claim
will be worked with single excavator, minimal disturbance are expected with no adverse effects on the
stream or the drainage area. Efforts will be made to prevent overburden from entering the drainage
areas. If needed, a berm will be built to prevent erosion.
