The <br />Division's adequacy review letter is dated September 4, 2013. The responses follow the order <br />and items as presented in the Division's letter. <br />Also attached are revised cover data and summary tables for the revegetation success <br />section. These data tables and summaries account for removing Sample 2 and adjusting all <br />relevant vegetation cover and species diversity information. Additional Water Chemistry <br />Reports have also been included per Item 8 and the tables Seneca Sediment Ponds Capacity <br />Trends and Sediment Trends have been included to address Item 9. <br />Bond Release Block: <br />1. The Mesic Drainage type has been removed from the area included in the application and the <br />bond release map has been adjusted accordingly. The mesic drainage type has also been <br />modified on Map 1 of the 2009 Vegetation Report to reflect this change. <br />
