Caller indicated that mining waste material is being
stockpiled right next to a seep ditch. The mining company is also engaging in on -site fueling and has a porta -potty
right next to the seep ditch. They also are hauling in what appears to be Bentonite mud. Caller has livestock who
drinks out of ditch downstream. The pit started in September 2013 after the flooding.
