Describe any other change which may have affected the stability or operation of the impounding <br />structure that has occurred: <br />None: With the lack of precipitation in 2013 the pond had no changes from 2012. Pond was only holding <br />what little run -off came form this winters snow falls. Sediment level remains unchanged as well from <br />2012 with the lack of precipitation. <br />I certify that the impoundment is being operated and maintained in accordance with the approved Plan.
