Hays @state.co.us" <Peter.Hays @state.co.us>
VA
I believe I would like to file another complaint against the City of Greeley.
They are waiting on placing the water line due to my parents not wanting to sign a contract releasing
them from liability for water once they finish at the gravel pit. Signing this document would be harmful
to my parents as it would release the City from the water rights my parents are entitled to.
In the letter from the lawyer they are stating they still need to bid out the job, and put in the line. that
could take months so they are talking about another fracking tank, we meet with them again tomorrow
am.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
Roxanne Prather
Hays - DNR, Peter <peter.hays @state.co.us> Tue, Mar 25, 2014 at 11:37 AM
To: roxanne prather < rprat herus @yahoo. com >
Roxanne,
Please provide the Division with a reason for a new complaint and any new information.
I understand you have a meeting with the City of Greeley scheduled for tomorrow. Should I wait until after the meeting to
file the complaint or start the process based on your email.
Peter S. The city still has no permanent solution to our water
crisis at this time there is no water we should have 49.5 g/m at this time we are no where near this
and in negotiations again, a waste of our time!
Aren't they in default with the state at this time also?
[Quoted text hidden]
