As described an Subseet2on 9.0-,as of February 2008. approxiirnstelv 35.5 neress of the eastem <br />ieno. t showed that thas Bench 1 matereal was found to be su"tab'e as Bench I subsom' substitute. <br />By February of 2008, 7.68 acres of the eastern portion of the Morgan property had received a Mixed <br />Topsoil lift placed on top of Bench 1 subsoil. Re- evaluation of the soil needs on the Morgan Property has <br />led to the determination that there is sufficient Lift A and Mixed Topsoil material to cover the entirety of the <br />area that Bench 1 subsoil has been placed on, and still provide a guality soil profile for revegetation. <br />Therefore, the Bench 1 subsoil substottite. As of june 2010, this area has expanded to 12.2 acres, With <br />. I . ately 17 inches of mixed topsoH placed, as shown on Map 2.E)5.4=la7 <br />ill now <br />be treated as no more than Bench 1 spoil, and ignored in terms of soil calculations and redistribution plans. <br />Map 2.05.4 -6 shows the status of the Morgan Property topsoil and subsoil replacement as of itine 201 6PR <br />08. This map also shows the topsoil and subsoil stockpile amounts and balance calculations -for the entire <br />Morgan Property. All soil has been stripped from the Morgan Property, so no calculations of undisturbed <br />soil available for redistribution have been conducted or included. All soil reclamation on the Morgan <br />Property will be accomplished with the remaining soil stockpiles. <br />The Morgan property topsoil replacement is broken down into ftaefour different zones of topsoil <br />redistribution. The bas-es of creating these topsoil lay down zones was to enstire what was dome prior to <br />February 2006 w"' meet the criteria otitlimed by the NR6S for the resteratiorrerf three of which will have <br />topsoil placed on them. The fourth zone is the undisturbed area to be used as the Irrigated Cropland <br />(Prinne Farmland) On this area and rnaximize the quantity of Lift A Topsoil, Lift B Topsoil, Mixed TopsoH and <br />finally Bench 1 Sdbsoil Substitute to dse and optirnize the existing topsoil volurnes over the largest area <br />possible to grow alfalfa on the 'and to the highest proddetivity 'eve'.
