My client Lakewood Brick and Tile asked me to research the <br />file and to respond to your concerns. I found that you are cor- <br />rect in that I could find no response to the April 10, 2010 let- <br />ter. This may have been done since Lakewood does not have any <br />exposed groundwater at the mine.
