(5134 Ute Highway, <br />Lyons, Colorado 80540, 303 - 823 - 2100), has filed an application to amend its Limited Impact (110) Mining <br />Operation Reclamation Permit (M- 1977 -361) with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board. Anyone <br />wishing to comment on the application may view the application at the Boulder County Clerk and Recorder's <br />office (1750 33rd St, Boulder, CO 80301) and should send comments prior to the end of the public comment <br />period to the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St, Rm 215 Denver, CO 80203. <br />Certification: <br />I, Bradley S.
