( "BMRI ") is pleased to provide the San Luis Project <br />Tailing Dam Detailed Inspection Report, in accordance with Technical Revision No. 33 to <br />BMRI's reclamation permit. <br />BMRI intends to commence work on the minor work items described in Section 6.2 of <br />the Detailed Inspection Report as soon as practicable and to complete such work by fall 2014. In <br />the next several months, BMRI intends to initiate the evaluation of potential additional studies <br />concerning feasible mitigative actions to reduce risk under rare extreme flood loading conditions, <br />as described in Section 6.3 of the Detailed Inspection Report.
