The proposed mine is known as the Kennedy Pit, and is located in the SEl /4 of Section 21, T7N, R43W of the 6th P.M., Phillips County, Colorado. The proposed date of commencement is as soon as possible and the proposed date of completion is indefinite. The proposed future use of the land is wildlife habitat.
