<br />Gunnison Valley Properties, LLC, whose
<br />address is 234 North Main Street, Suite 3A,
<br />Gunnison, CO 81230 and phone number
<br />is 970 - 641 -4531, has filed an applicatiorr
<br />for a Regular (112) Construction Materi-
<br />als Operation Reclamation Permit with the
<br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board
<br />under provisions of the Colorado Land Rec-
<br />lamation Act for the Extraction of Construc-
<br />tion Materials. The proposed mine is known
<br />as the Tomichi Pit, and is located at or near
<br />Section 4, Township 49 North, Range 1 East
<br />of the New Mexico PM in Gunnison, County.
<br />The proposed date . of commencement
<br />is April 2014, and the proposed date: of
<br />completion is 2041. The proposed future
<br />use of the land is rangeland and wildlife
<br />habitat. Additional information and tentative
<br />decision date may be obtained from the
<br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety.
