The photos were reviewed by Janet Bums of CDRMS. This report is based upon review of the aerial <br />photographs. The mine is a reclaimed surface mine. The mine site is snow covered. Weather conditions appear <br />partly cloudy. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.053; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; <br />Diversions 4.05.4; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stock tank T -5 was visible and snow covered <br />Pond 005 was ice and snow covered. Based on G3 open channel below the embankment, it appears that this pond <br />is discharging. <br />Pond 016 is snow covered and appears frozen. <br />Drainages that are visible appear to be holding up well. PM2 and PM3 have ample snow cover, but no sign of <br />slumps or ground movement was apparent in the photos. <br />Pond 009 is snow covered and frozen. <br />ROADS — Rule 4.0311 Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3)❑ Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4)11 Surfacing and <br />Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6)❑ Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br />Access road G is snow covered. No vehicle traffic appears to have used the road recently. <br />Mine entrance access road and Road A to the shop & storage area were clear of snow. Portions of the shop area <br />had been plowed as well. <br />Road A south of the shop remains snow covered. <br />LU -3 and LU -4 are snow covered.
