The Reclamation Plan Maps (P1, P2, P3) contain a note (Note #4) which states that the <br />reclaimed area will have a berm along the Big Sandy Creek. This note contradicts the <br />Reclamation Plan, which states that the berm will be removed during reclamation. Please <br />revise the maps to reflect the Reclamation Plan. <br />6.4.12 Exhibit L — Reclamation Costs <br />6. The Division completed the financial warranty calculation for the Limon pit; a copy of the <br />calculation has been enclosed with this letter. Please review the enclosed financial warranty <br />calculation and notify the Division of any errors. <br />This concludes the Division's preliminary adequacy review of this application. Please remember <br />that the decision date for this application is March 24, 2014. As previously mentioned, if you are <br />unable to provide satisfactory responses to any inadequacies prior to this date, it will be your <br />responsibility to request an extension of time to allow for continued review of this <br />application.
