PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Western Fuels- Colorado, A Limited Liability Company (WFC), 12050 N. Pecos, St., Suite 100, <br />Westminster, CO 80234 has filed with the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety an <br />application for a Technical Revision to the New Horizon Mine Permit No. C- 1981 -008. This <br />technical revision covers the addition of a Trench Drain system to intercept and convey mine <br />spoil water. <br />The New Horizon Mine office is located at 27646 West 5m Street, P.O. Box 628, Nucla, <br />Colorado. The revision applies to land owned by Western Fuels- Colorado within: <br />Section 36, T47N, R16W, New Mexico PM <br />NW1 /4 SW1 /4 <br />The above mentioned tract of land are shown on USGS 7.5 minute Nucla Quadrangle map. <br />A copy of the complete technical revision application is available for public inspection at the <br />Montrose County Courthouse Annex, Nucla, Colorado. Written comments or objections to the <br />application may be submitted to the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, Room 215, <br />1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203, Telephone (303) 866 -3567. Written comments <br />and objections must be received by the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety within 10 <br />days after the publication of the above notice. <br />
