No company representative was present at the mine site and <br />accompanied DRMS in the inspection. Weather conditions were clear with the temperature around fifty five <br />degrees fahrenheit and ground conditions were dry. The inspection started with records on March 10, 2014 and <br />ended at the Munger Canyon Mine on March 13, 2013. There was no activity at the mine site at the time of the <br />inspection. The Munger Canyon Mine records were located at the office of J. E. Stover & Associate, Inc. in Grand <br />Junction, Colorado. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS — Rule 5.02.4(1): <br />All records are kept at the office of J. E. Stover & Associate, Inc. in Grand Junction, Colorado. Please see the <br />Division's Availability of Records checklist at the end of this inspection report for more detailed information. <br />BACKFILL and GRADING — Rule 4.14 <br />Contemporaneous Reclamation 4.14.1; Approximate Original Contour 4.14.2; Highwall Elimination 4.14.1(2)(f); <br />Steep Slopes 4.14.2, 4.27; Handling of Acid and Toxic Materials 4.14.3; Stabilization of Rills and Gullies 4.14.6: <br />The backfilled and graded portals remain stable.
