All values addressed in this report above permitted discharge levels have been <br />addressed in the quarterly NPDES discharge reports (DMR's) and justifications for those values, i.e. <br />storm water, snow cover melt -out, etc., have been submitted to the proper regulatory authorities. The <br />iron concentrations observed in 2013 in the surface water for this readily available constituent were <br />similar to the range in values observed historically at this site.
