See attached google earth view which shows the <br />general locations of the property gate and the proposed cell tower. <br />The cell tower area is 50 feet x 50 feet with an associated road easement of <br />46 feet in length x 20 feet in width. The cell tower area is 2,500 SF or <br />approximately 0.06 acres. See attached Verizon Topographic survey, sheet <br />LS1. This survey includes identification of the permit boundary in relation <br />to the location of the cell tower area. <br />The existing Mesita Hill Mine gated and locked access will be maintained. <br />The perimeter of the cell tower area will be fenced and gated.
