<br />NOTICE OF PROPOSED DECISION
<br />The Colorado State Office of the Bureau of Land Management received the application from
<br />Blue Mountain Energy, Inc., 3607 County Road #65, Rangely, CO 81648, for a modification
<br />of an approved Logical Mining Unit (LMU) in accordance with 43 CFR 3487. The approval
<br />of this modification application is proposed to be effective August 27, 2013.
