NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY
<br />APPLICATION FOR LOGICAL MINING UNIT MODIFICATION APPROVAL AND
<br />PROPOSED EFFECTIVE DATE OF APPROVAL.
<br />The Colorado State Office of the Bureau of Land Management received an application from
<br />Blue Mountain Energy, Inc., 3607 County Road #65, Rangely, CO 81648, for a modification
<br />of an approved Logical Mining Unit (LMU) COC -57190 in accordance with 43 CFR 3487.
<br />The application for the proposed LMU modification is available for public inspection at the
<br />BLM Colorado State Office, 2850 Youngfield, Lakewood, Colorado 80215, during regular
<br />business hours (9 a.m. to 4 p.m.) Monday through Friday.
<br />The proposed LMU modification would add all lands from Federal Coal Lease COC 74813
<br />to the existing LMU. The descriptions of the lands contained within the LMU including the
<br />proposed modification are as follows:
