Your application was
deemed complete on February 7, 2014.
Regarding the adequacy issue of the spoil grading plan, we received your update to the spoil grading
map (Map 29) on March 12, 2014. The Division believes that this new plan meets the intent of Rule
4.13, Contemporaneous Reclamation. However, because of the significance of the change of the
reclamation plan, we ask that you submit this as a TR rather than an MR. After we receive this TR
application, we would like Colowyo to withdraw the MR. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
If you have any questions, please contact me at extension 8113 (phone number above) or
Rob.Zuber @state.co.us.
Sincerely,
Robert D.
