Ponds were frozen and snow covered at the time of the inspection. <br />Pond 004 was inaccessible due to road and weather conditions. The PECOCO Pond was discharging into the <br />Upper Sump and the Upper Sump was discharging into the RC -D3 Ditch. <br />The Lower Sump was discharging at the time of the inspection. The trash rack on the riser pipe of the lower sump <br />was off -set. It is unclear due to ice and snow if the riser pipe is damaged or the trash rack is damaged.
