The tax receipt
which you provided from the Office of the Park County Treasurer indicates that the property you own is
45.58 acres in size. However, the Bullger Basin Placer mine is permitted for 49 acres. Therefore, 3.42
acres of the Bullger Basin Placer mine permit area are not accounted for. Please contact the Division to
clarify this discrepancy or provide any additional documentation you may have to demonstrate that you
have a legal right to enter the entire 49 acre permit area.
The transfer of the Reclamation Permit for the Bullger Basin Placer mine will not be complete until the
above items have been addressed. Please submit the required documentation to the Division on or before
April 7, 2014.
If you have any questions, you may contact me at (303)866 -3567 x8116.
Sincerely
Michael A.
