There will be no trees,
shrubs, or other plants planted in the reclaimed area.
5) Topsoiling We plan to replace the mined areas with any available topsoil that is removed
before the mining process. The USDA NRCS does not have soil maps for the mine area, we are
predicting topsoil depths of 6 to 12 inches, quickly transitioning to sand. All noxious weeds
encountered in the mining or reclamation process will be sprayed r manually.removed to
prevent any noxious weed infestation. - e have not observed an noXibiis vveetlst either the
rq
utureffiine site or the mine site Oat wasp ,yjjously ecfia me l'.tlirect(y,adjac . oche site, In
the event an 'noRio -U Vveed treatmentfs necessary'on the site - a weed control plan will be
m lemented witq hq fotlowiri . ntorrr ation
) i4, i 6UeKr_ Oil! k fns t ia oc r ► =the site.
AfLSOV 10C varlbus ontrq! ine urks` hat'will be m 10 O.
C) 4 i ;t itoriri Ilan t afs et fies the fr quency to monitortlie site and all- actions - taken -if
ibils Wgeeds=afle =cue ectetl _
D) -i4 rbdtmehl Lary jt evaluate the +effectiveness of- theeontrol measures:
E) Commitment that the weed co- ritrof plan W1 beimpiemi n for thefiife`of the mine.
