STORAGE FACILITIES <br />Hazardous chemicals are stored primarily in the Mill and Mill reagent building. There are eyewash <br />stations in the Mill reagent building as well as in the Mill. Safety showers are located on the second floor <br />of the Mill reagent building in the office area. In the event an emergency response, the following <br />materials can and should be expected to be present within the building. <br />The reagent building contains hazardous chemicals of varying quantities (1 lb to 12,000 lb), including <br />Zinc Sulfate, Sodium Hydroxide, Copper Sulfate, Calcium Hydroxide, Methyl Isobutyl Carbinol and <br />Potassium Amyl Xanthate. <br />13. MSDS LOCATIONS <br />ALL MSDS are available for any interested employees and stakeholders. <br />These MSDS books can be f, and in the Mine Office, Maintenance Shop and the Mill. <br />14. EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT <br />The following listed safety and clean -up equipment is kept in the Mill building with the exception of two <br />SCBA'a in the Main Mine Office. Consult chemical resistance chart provided with the suits to determine suitability. Note that <br />breakthrough time and permeation is immediate when exposed to many liquid chemicals. Should not be <br />used around heat, flame, sparks, or in potentially flammable or explosive environments. <br />Rubber - coated nylon overalls and jackets and rubber boots_ provides a barrier to a broad range of <br />liquid chemicals and dry particulates. <br />REVENUE MINE DOC 15002 <br />3 -7 -2014 REV 0 <br />
