After reviewing the documentation and
making the necessary contacts with DRMS, the BLM concurs with the proposed decision to
terminate jurisdiction.
BLM acknowledges the revoked permit and bond forfeiture and understands that termination of
jurisdiction will result in DRMS having no further regulatory authority over the Coal Basin
Mine. According to BLM records of the coal leases and the mineral management associated with
the Coal Basin Mine, all cases have been closed since 2/29/2000.
