<br />Grand Gravel Pit, LLC, 2 County Road 2, Krem-
<br />mling, CO 80459, has filed an application for a
<br />Regular (112) Construction Materials Operation
<br />Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land
<br />Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colo-
<br />rado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of
<br />Construction Materials. The proposed mine is
<br />known as the Yust Ranch Gravel Pit, and is locat-
<br />ed at or near Section 19, Township 1, Range 80,
<br />6th Prime Meridian
<br />The proposed date of commencement is May 15,
<br />2014, and the proposed date of completion is No-
<br />vember 30, 2034. The proposed future use of the
<br />land is rangeland Additional information and tenta-
