NOTICE OF PROPOSED DECISION The Colorado Division of Reclama tion, Mining and Safety proposes tc Approve Technical Revision Applica. Lion No.2 (TR -2) for the Fruita Loadoul (Permit No. C- 2010 -088), submitted by CAM - Colorado, LLC. Technical Revision 2 proposes to make an inci. dental permit boundary revision, add a subsurface ownership map, update adjacent landowner information and update the list of officers in the permit The Fruita Loadout is alan Loadoul coal mine located in Mesa County, ap- proximately 3 miles NW of Fruita. Coal interest is Private, and the surface af- fected is Private land. The permit area encompasses approximately 215.60 acres. This proposed decision is based on a finding that the proposed operation will comply with all requirements of the Colorado Surface Coal Mininc Reclamation Act, Section 34 -33 -101, at seq., C.R.S., and the regulations pro- mulgated thereunder. Copies of the proposed decision including stipulations, are on file tot public inspection at the Colorade Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, Room 215, Centennial Build- ing, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver.
