March 4, 2014
Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety
Department of Natural Resources
1313 Sherman St., Room 215
Denver, CO 80203
RE: 112 Annual Fees and Report
To Whom It May Concern:
The following report is a copy of last years blank PDF as we failed to receive one as
the computer system failed to generate one last year as our bookkeeper sent in payment
for the fees before the end of December as to pay all anticipated bills before the end of
the year. This kicked us out of the system even though the report had yet been filed. One
was sent by the Durango office and filed as it was close to the anniversary date. It is
apparent the same thing occurred this year so it is filed on last years report form. All
dates are current except the first page of the report form. If need be we will refrain from
early payment and send it with the report next year to avoid these circumstances.
Mining proceeded north from last years report as indicated on the map still within the
five acre area with some grading as stockpiles are moved. There hasn't been any
replacement of overburden or topsoil as stockpile removal is being completed with
leveling taking place. Reclamation of the Southeast corner of the old boundary is to take
place once stockpiles and final layer of material is removed.
As noted in the previous reports, weed management is controlled by Four Corners
Materials under their lease agreement with additional bonding on there part.
Thank you,
Rickey F. Noland
President
Noland, Inc.
