Principal stockholder and owner is Juliann Campbell. Horizon is a certified DBE contractor for the <br />Colorado, New Mexico and Arizona Departments of Transportation. Horizon is a licensed commercial pesticide <br />applicator in New Mexico, Colorado, Arizona, Utah, Nevada and Wyoming. Horizon is a small business with a GSA <br />Contract, EDWOSB, and SBA HUBZone #30332. <br />Horizon's client base includes: private landowners; residential and commercial developers; homeowners <br />associations and subdivisions; federal, state, county and city governments; tribal entities; utility and pipeline <br />R.O.W. companies; mines; renewable energy companies; oil and gas exploration and development companies; and <br />general contractors. <br />A. Awards and Accolades <br />Dupont 2012 "Environmental Respect Award ". National Award sponsored by Dupont and <br />awarded on Capitol Hill. The Environmental Respect Award for Land Management Professionals <br />honors those that preserve and protect the environment while helping to control invasive weeds <br />and vegetation.
