If a <br />Possible Violation is indicated, you will be notified under separate cover as to when the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board will consider possible enforcement action. <br />INSPECTION TOPIC: Acid And Toxic Materials <br />PROBLEM /POSSIBLE VIOLATION: Problem: A fuel spill has occurred at the site which has impacted soils. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: The operator shall submit a Technical Revision addressing the fuel spill, please see the <br />body of the report for additional details.
