The TR Provides for the instal- lation of a borehole by North Fork Energy, LLC and 3MW, LLC into the sealed and reclaimed Sanborn Creek Mine portal area, A drill pad will be constructed at the reclaimed Sanborn Creek Mine portai area, and a borehole drilled Into the sealed mine workings. A surface pipeline will be laid largely out- side of the current mine approved disturbance area to distribute the mine methane to their existing methane to electricity project All the effected lands are owned by Oxbow Mining, LLC. OMLLC "s approved permit area 18 located in Gunnison and Delta counties and north of the town of Somerset and the North Fork of the Gunnison River.
