Box 535, 3731 Highway 133, Somerset, Colorado e1434, has filed a complete application to the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety ICDRMSi for Tech" ic{ti Revision TR -74 to its existing approved Permit No. C- 1981-022. The TR provides for the modification of the plan for the installation of temporary light use roads and drilling of mine ventila- tion boreholes on three (3) long- wall panel areas. TR -74 addresses proposed changes to lands man- aged by the U.S. Bureau of Land Management within the Federal COC -70615 Lease area. OMLLC's approved permit area is located in Gunnison and Delta Counties and north of the town of Somerset and the North Fork of the Gunnison River. OMLLC's cur- rent permit area would be included on the areas presented by the Somerset and Bowie USGS 7.5 minute quadrangle maps and is generally described as follows: Township - 2 South. PM All or pans of Sections 1 -3 and 11 -13 The Permit area contains approxi- mately 15,676.51 acres of surface lands of which 5,551 acres are on private land and 10,125.51 acres are on Federal land. The Permit area is located within both Delta and Gunnison Counties. A complete copy of the TR -74 application is on file at the CDRMS offices located at 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, Phone: 5303} 866 -3567; at the Gunnison County Planning Office, the Delta County Planning D11fice and at the Paonia Public Library. Comments or objections concerning the application for revision should be directed to the CDRMS at the above address not later than 10 days after the date of publication of this notice in Order to be considered.
