The <br />response follows the order of the January 28, 2014 comments. <br />Exhibit C <br />1. Liberty Mining commits to submission of a technical revision to address the methods <br />to be implemented to address a ground water issue should quantifiable /excessive <br />ground water be encountered. <br />2. Water rights are actively being sought by Liberty Mining to allow the use and /or <br />evaporation of captured stormwater falling on the surface of the operations. <br />3. The stormwater management plan and preliminary Drainage Report prepared by a <br />Professional Engineer as requested by DRMS is included with this response as <br />Appendix A. The final, Professional Engineer - certified drainage design plan <br />including construction drawings will be prepared contingent on permit approval and <br />will be submitted for DRMS approval prior to any construction work. <br />4. Rule 6.3.3(1)(m) is addressed in the application in Exhibit C, Mining Plan. Ore and <br />minerals removed from the mine and brought to the surface will be placed and <br />contained on a concrete ore storage pad. The mined materials will be held on the <br />ore storage pad until an adequate amount has accumulated for transportation off site <br />to a processing facility. No processing of the ore or minerals will occur on the mine <br />site. The ore storage pad structure will consist of a box -like structure dug into the <br />surface grade, with reinforced concrete walls, a downward sloped concrete floor, and <br />a concrete drive -over berm across the entrance to prevent water from flowing down <br />into the storage pad structure, to allow placement of ore as brought to the surface, <br />and to facilitate the loading for transport off site for processing. <br />
