EXHIBIT M - Other Permits and Licenses <br />A zoning permit from Logan County is needed and will be obtained. <br />An Air Pollution permit will not be needed since we will remove less than 70,000 tons per year <br />from this site. <br />This is an open pit operation and ground water will not be exposed, so a well permit and <br />temporary supply pan is unnecessary. <br />A NPDES permit to cover storm water runoff and dewatering is not required; all storm water will <br />soak into the ground before it can leave the site. <br />A dredge fill permit (404) is not required because waters of the United States will not be <br />impacted. <br />No permits are required from the Bureau of Land Management or US Forest Service. <br />No additional permits or licenses are required. <br />
