BRL and Tamara Burdzinski entered into a Surface Access <br />Agreement effective October 27, 2011. A copy of the surface access agreement is enclosed <br />and should be inserted into Volume III, Tab 1. The surface access agreement between BRL <br />and Turkey Track Ranch has been incorporated into the permit application package. The affected area will not increase since the new <br />disturbance is located over areas to be mined out. <br />
