c� <br />Annual Report for White Banks Mine M- 1999 -042 2013 <br />RECEIVED <br />Elbram Stone LLC Operator <br />MAR 05 2014 <br />DIVISION OF "ECLAMATION <br />MINING AND SAFETY <br />Elbram Stone LLC - 801 Colorado Glenwood Springs Colorado 81601- attention Walter Brown <br />Elbram Stone LLC performed the following reclamation efforts in August /September of 2013. <br />1. Section A: (circled in orange) The mobile bathhouse was disconnected from power <br />source, skirting removed, phone line disconnected and the unit was moved to the <br />storage yard in preparation for transport off the site. The bathhouse was not moved <br />because of a US government shut -down that closed the road without notice to the <br />operator. Numerous loads of equipment was hauled off site. Several loads of old <br />unusable parts, tires, lumber, metal, pumps where hauled to the Garfield county <br />dump. The entire area was raked and reseeded with approved grass mixture prior to <br />snowfall. (attached map) <br />2. Section B: All old equipment that had no future needs at the site where removed from <br />the site. All needed equipment was arranged in a neat orderly manner and covered <br />with tarps. (attached map) <br />3. Section C: All equipment or material that where no longer needed in the mining <br />operation where hauled off site. All needed equipment or material need for future <br />operations where either moved underground or stacked in a neat orderly manner. <br />(vent tubes for ventilation) (attached map) <br />4. Entire permitted area: The entire site was cleaned of any trash, old timber, pallets and <br />cleared of any noxious weeds that where hand dug and disposed of off -site. The <br />outside perimeter fencing was dropped down as required by the FS permit for wildlife <br />concerns. <br />S. Log storage office building: The building was cleaned up including replacing any loose <br />tarps or siding that was in disrepair because of forced shut down.
