The permanent rock channels A, <br />Al, A2, B, C, D, E, F, G and H are well armored with rip rap with no issues observed. <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS — Rule 4.02: <br />Mine identification signs were located at the gate of the mine entrance. All information for compliance was <br />present. <br />Disturbance boundary markers were observed. Disturbance markers run along the road and around the remaining <br />disturbance from structures located lower in the canyon. Markers consisted of red painted rebar staked in the <br />ground. <br />TOPSOIL — Rule 4.06 <br />Removal 4.06.2, Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.063; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br />Topsoil piles were stable and well vegetated.
