The revision also allows for the installation of a permanent fence around the perimeter of <br />the Precast Concepts, LLC property. The revision also allows the Precast Concepts, LLC property <br />to remain open and used as a waste concrete disposal area with the intent to eventually completely <br />filling the excavation. In order to protect the prevailing hydrologic balance Precast Concepts, LLC <br />shall not dispose of concrete directly to exposed groundwater that has not cured for a minimum of 60 <br />days. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 6 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. <br />M- 1979 -089.
